Paradise on the beach ... Phi Phi. Koh Pha Ngan

Monday May 31, 2 hours bondi half to 2 hours a matador ferry took us from Koh Phangan to Phi Phi, Krabi via ...

The first impression I felt when the ferry was aground at the dock was not to be coming to paradise I expected ... able for all vessels had, which I like a bit pollute the landscape, but just that feeling changed 180 degrees a few minutes later when we get to know a little of what was Phi Phi ... We

6 nights before going to the next destination, and the island has enough options to build a different route each day, without feeling that the days you ...

The hotel where we stayed, again amazing ... Phi Phi Cabana Hotel ... from one side overlooking the dock, and the other to the beach Ao Dalam ... the island has a very narrow, like a path, which runs the main street and one side is the waterfront, and across the beach is Ao Dalam mentioning ... the hotel was right in that narrow ... very practical, since to go to any beach on the island or other islands, you have to move around in boats, walking is not reached most of the beaches, so it is very convenient to have the area of the boats near Phi Phi ...

actually two islands, Phi Phi Don ... and Phi Phi ... The first is what is popularly known as Phi Phi, and is the home to all the tourists ... Phi Phi Island is a much quieter, which is forbidden by law to construct buildings, so that nobody can live there ... is on this island is Maya Bay, the beach where Leonardo Di Caprio carucha put to film the movie ...

The second day came the first course in "long-tail boat" a wooden canoe-like boat with an engine but very demanding in order to lead fulfilled and bring the lowest price ... and so we went in a full day tour to the beaches of Phi Phi Ley, pulling back on Monkey Beach, Phi Phi Don to Alida s the pier, where we saw no monkey, but anyway ... after we passed a couple of beaches before arriving at Maya, which was the cake ... Cerecita allegedly charge you 200 baht (about 7 USD) to take you to Maya, but the trick is that if you leave the beach behind you and you alone walk to Maya, then you save the entry ... are about 5 minutes of stony path, but tolerable, plus that in this small beach back (can not remember the name) you can make a very good time to snorkel ... so it would seem a windfall ... we must be ever vigilant to chop them to pay a little less, because the Thais are very stoked and have "extras" for all ... luckily I still think we give a good fight in regard to pay less, and even though we ate some hock us, we generally do not spend so much ... besides word of mouth be done very quickly within the group, and always did something you already spend some pique, and that also helps ... a very supportive ... heh.

Maya Bay then ... by the popularity deserves a special mention ... a beach stuck to the inside of the Phi Phi island, and forming a pond in a fairly enclosed bay, it looked very nice from the map and much-anticipated ...
is very cute with an incredible landscape where we took some memorable photos, but I think it is too exploited and a bit overrated ... I think also you are wandering to let boats in the bay, polluting the landscape, make much noise, and water is not so clear as it should, and I think they should have their share of the blame for that too ... the way back is not that hard, could make forced getting there ... all the boats will surely create a mystique that would give another more attractive ... but anyway ...

Maya Around our captain and the 50's wanted us and leave us to spend the day Maya where there is not an inch of shade and sun slitting the rocks ... after breaking balls for a while we managed to take us to Long Beach, a beach floor, near the hotel ... we spent the afternoon there, including bathrooms and nonsense with American football, and then we became ... beach day normally ends between 5 and 6 in the afternoon to complete after with a bit of pool until it closed at 7:30, shower, dinner and were ready to start bowling towards the area ... on the beach where we stayed there a few bolichitos that at 7:30, 8:00 and pulled out a ring and where we always end the night ... luckily the move is tempranera and everything closes at 1 am, which helped us not to lose any day at the beach there was still a disgrace ...

On Wednesday, 2 activity was little more adventurous ... Clari rent a kayak and go out to paddle the bay, reaching another Monkey Beach, but this time it was monkeys ... spent some time snorkeling and paddling we came back, passing in another small beach road that was opposite ours, and then came back ... of course, on the road one of the snorkels suffered a shipwreck, so when we came back to return the kayak treatm you make us the jerks, but logically the guy would realize, and we had to try to explain that we had no money there, and we had to return to the hotel to search for pay ... in between I was trying to say that neither fart was going to pay the 200 baht that we wanted to charge , which gave him 50, but had to go look for the hotel ... the type was already very clear that our intention was not to pay, but hey, shit question of who was who ... luckily this time I cagamos us ... yes, we could not go back to that beach in the days ... I know you think I'm a little lacking in morality, but believe me one day is enough to deal with these Thai and lose all sense of guilt ... if you give them half a meter shit, then fuck them ... here we go by the law of living, and once it is okay that we emerge victorious touch ... after all we have lost several battles ...

Thursday was the great day ... the day finally came diving! Coordinate in the Phi Phi Dive Center Barracuda Dive Center, which treated us very well and the guys were very cool ... were a group of 15 that we in the same boat, bound for some of the best places to dive ... Tilandia did 3 runs, the first, Shark Point, north of Phi Phi (one and half hours by boat) was supposed to be the best place we went ... for us it was the first experience at that depth, and I felt ... was incredible, but I particularly had some difficulty getting used to breathing through the regulator out there ... why not enjoy it much but as we see everything, divine corals, fish of all kinds, and even a line! It's amazing what's down there ... it is impossible to imagine, a must see ... a giant living water passing through by us, and that being under water with mask and visibility that there do not feel any fear ... Clari as the siren it felt perfect under water, and had no trouble starting ... I pulled wavering, but I got better ...

The second drop was in Bida Nok, an island south of Phi Phi Don, one of the highlights of diving ... here and I felt much more comfortable with breathing, and was the best drop for me ... the most beautiful corals were, and we also saw many fish and even a sea horse, the divine ... just kept on with the shark is ... sounds dangerous, but sharks we see are leopards, which are totally harmless ... unfortunately we could not see any, but hey, as will be other opportunities ...

In the third shot went to Malong in Phi Phi Ley, and there were to look for giant tortoises and a friend were still in search of shark ... from the first moment we saw a turtle swimming throw next to us, unbelievable ... it is divine as it moves with such peace ... all under water somehow conveys an atmosphere of peace ... no noise, sudden movements are not ... a different experience of be 18 or 19 meters for the first time ... it was amazing ...

We went diving at about 19:00, dead ... we were right to take a nap with Clari, because that night we had been out to celebrate the birthday of Santi, and we had to regain strength ... we slept like 3 hours nap and we missed the dinner ... but then we met to celebrate in bars, so we ended a good night ... Friday 4

start the day in rain, so we took a little more sleep, and after noon we with Clari, mate, to the "Viewpoint", a place at the top of a hill from where you can see the entire southern part of the island, with incredible scenery ... Hence we have a good time, and then we sort of way through a jungle to the back of the island, where we ended up on a beach half hidden, almost no people, as a haven of tranquility ... Runtee Beach ... there we swam for a while and before nightfall we started back down the same road, because paying a boat was not very viable ... so we went back, and bowling night again ... heh.

Thailand is the birthplace of MUAYTHAI, or Thai boxing, a fighting style that seems to have features of a martial art, but now is closer to kickboxing in my opinion ... there is a bar in the center as well as music and drink has a ring in Muay Thai the center and you can see displays of Thai a couple of black boys, young children but you do not want to find the night on the street, and less grumpy ... the speed with those guys and the strength with which the cake is hell ...

As special seasoning, including exhibition and display spaces are for those who want to climb outside to fight, for a bucket of free alcohol ... there are all kinds of fights, usually with friends who get up on Boluda, but almost always end up giving seriously ... as the saying goes, handheld game ... but hey, there still had to prove ... we said we got on the tito for the photo, so the last day Saturday, we fit the gloves and we got into a little fisticuffs cagarnos ... the place was crowded, which made us a little more shame on the rise, and ascend minutes before we had fought two other friends, that in the last round ended with a knock out by one of the two, with a head kick that left the poor skinny out of service ... of course, after seeing that we came back to chat with tito, now more than ever had to be a show ... heh.

3 rounds of 1 minute each was eternal ... ... we are dealing with enough love, but up there was much more hard ... of course, after to see the filming of Clari tell the difference between being up and being down ... seen in the camera seems that neither we touch, but my feet still hurt 3 days later, Tito and his leg still hurts some paralytic fart in her tight passage ... the result was officially a draw, but I have to admit that after watching the video makes it clear that I won comfortably ... well, it was very good, and at least we can say we were in Thailand and we got on a ring Muay Thai ... not any ...

Thus ended the holiday on the islands of Thailand, and the next day started our trip to Bangkok, overnight and then get out towards the River Kwai, where I write now sitting in a hammock in front of a floating hotel room ... no more because it will advance the story of fate ... it was just to give an idea of inspiring contexts in which I meddle ...
